Terms of Service

1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pali Pali mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by dasihagi Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) The Service

Pali Pali is an AI-powered image generation and editing service. You can provide text prompts, upload images, and select reference images, and the Service uses third-party AI providers to generate or edit images on your behalf. Generated, uploaded, and reference images are retained in your in-app history so you can revisit them.

3) Eligibility

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law). By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable minimum age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4) Accounts

• You sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

5) Credits, Subscriptions, and Ads

• Credits: Image generation and certain features consume in-app credits. Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Subscriptions: Paid subscription plans (e.g., "plus") grant a periodic credit allowance and additional benefits as described in the app at the time of purchase.
• Rewarded ads: Free users may watch rewarded video ads to receive a limited amount of in-app credits. Banner ads may also be displayed.
• Usage limits: To prevent abuse and protect service stability, daily and weekly usage limits may apply regardless of credit balance.

6) Payments, Renewal, and Cancellation

• Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). Your payment is charged through your app store account.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Manage / Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7) Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the app store through which you made the purchase (Google Play or Apple App Store). Consuming credits or using paid features may make a purchase ineligible for a refund.

8) Your Content and Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the text prompts you enter and the images you upload or reference ("User Content"). You represent that you have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights);
• uploads, or uses as a reference, photographs or the likeness of any other person without their consent;
• depicts sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive material;
• is intended to harass, defame, deceive, impersonate, or harm others, including deceptive deepfakes of real individuals;
• contains hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable content prohibited by applicable law or app store policies;
• attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may use automated systems to block prohibited content (for example, unsafe or NSFW outputs) and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Reporting and moderation. You can report objectionable AI-generated content directly within the app using the report action available on any generated result. We review reports and act on violations — including removing the offending content and its underlying image data, and suspending or banning repeat offenders — within 24 hours. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users.

9) Intellectual Property and License

• Your content: You retain your rights in the User Content you provide. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transmit your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service (including sending it to our AI providers to fulfill your requests).
• Generated images: As between you and us, you own the images you generate with the Service, subject to your compliance with these Terms and any rights of third parties. Note that AI-generated outputs may not be eligible for certain intellectual property protections under some laws.
• Our property: The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

10) AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and edit images. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or may resemble existing works, and are provided without any warranty as to accuracy, suitability, or originality. Where required by applicable law or platform policy, AI-generated images may include labeling or metadata indicating that they were created or modified using AI. You are responsible for how you use the images you generate.

11) Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties, including overseas AI inference cloud providers for AI processing, Google Cloud Platform for hosting and storage, Google AdMob for advertising, and Google Play and the Apple App Store for billing. Your use of these features may also be subject to those third parties' terms and policies. Details on data handling are described in our Privacy Policy.

12) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dasihagi Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including certain statutory consumer rights.

14) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and, if changes are material, provide in-app or email notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

16) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having competence under applicable law.
