Terms of Service

1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using the Dasihagi mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by dasihagi Inc. (the "Company," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2) Description of the Service

Dasihagi is an interactive story service in which AI generates or assists with stories based on your input. AI-generated results are probabilistic and are not guaranteed to always be accurate or to match your expectations.

3) Accounts

• You may use the Service through the account sign-in methods supported by the app.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• If misuse, a security threat, or a violation of these Terms is identified, the Company may restrict your account or your use of the Service.

4) Purchases, Subscriptions, and Usage Limits

• In-app usage allowances: Usage of some features may be deducted or limited according to the terms of use shown in the app.
• Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions provided at the prices and with the benefits shown in the app and on the payment screen. You can cancel or change a subscription through subscription management in the App Store or Google Play where you made the purchase. Please check the next billing date and cancellation conditions on that store's subscription screen.
• Usage limits: Daily, weekly, and feature-specific usage limits may apply for service stability, cost control, and prevention of misuse.
• Refunds: Payments and refunds are governed by the policies of the app marketplace where you made the purchase. Except where required by law, refunds may be limited for usage allowances already used or content already generated.

5) User Content and Generated Content

• You retain the rights to the descriptions, choices, and materials you enter, and you must warrant that you have the right to use them.
• To provide the Service, the Company may store, process, and transmit your content and pass it to necessary external processing services.
• AI-generated content may contain unexpected errors, inaccuracies, similarities, or inappropriate material.
• You are responsible for how you use generated content.

6) Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Service for the following purposes.

• Illegal, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or threatening conduct
• Unauthorized use of another person's personal information, likeness, copyrighted works, trademarks, or other rights
• Generating content prohibited by law or app marketplace policies, such as sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual sexual content, hate, violence, or promotion of self-harm
• Generating content that impersonates a real person or is intended to deceive others
• Using the Service for reverse engineering, circumvention, overloading, automated abuse, or abnormal high-volume requests
• Circumventing or manipulating payment, usage allowance, subscription, advertising, or authentication systems

The Company may block or delete violating content or restrict the use of an account.

7) Third-Party Services

Dasihagi may use third-party services necessary to provide the Service, such as content processing, server operation, storage, authentication, and payment verification. Outages, policy changes, price changes, restrictions, or errors of third-party services may affect the quality and features of the Service.

8) Intellectual Property

• The software, design, names, logos, systems, and operational know-how of the Service belong to the Company or the rightful owners.
• You may use the Service only to the extent permitted by these Terms.
• Rights in AI-generated content may vary depending on applicable law, third-party rights, and the rights status of the input materials you provide.

9) Disclaimer

The Service and AI-generated results are provided "as is." The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be provided without interruption, will be error-free, or will meet the expectations of every user. Final judgment on the accuracy, legality, suitability, and originality of AI-generated results, and responsibility for their use, rest with you.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, AI-generated results, outages of third-party services, data loss, loss of expected profits, or the like. However, this limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11) Restriction of Use and Termination

You may stop using the Service or request deletion of your account at any time. If there is a violation of these Terms, a violation of law, a security risk, or misuse, the Company may restrict use of the Service or suspend or terminate the account.

12) Changes to These Terms

The Company may amend these Terms in response to changes in the Service, laws, or policies. Material changes will be announced through an in-app notice or on this page.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence are not affected.
