Account Deletion

1) Delete your account in the app (recommended)

You can delete your account immediately within the Dasihagi app.

• Open the app → Settings → Account tab → Delete account
• Once you complete the confirmation step, your account is deleted immediately.

2) Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, send an “Account Deletion Request” from the email address you used to sign up to support@dasihagi.com. After verifying your identity, we will process the deletion without delay and reply with the result.

3) Data that is deleted and data that is retained

• Deleted: account information, books you created and their progress records, per-account usage records, and access rights linked to your account
• Exceptions retained for up to 30 days: safety review evidence for content reports, the minimum records needed for payment verification and fraud prevention, recovery records for paid benefits not yet granted, and a one-way processed identifier used to prevent automatic re-linking upon re-registration
• Shared and private caches: Common AI-generated caches may be retained independently of account deletion. Derivatives of private materials you provided directly are unlinked from your account so they can no longer be accessed, and are not automatically linked to any other account after deletion.
• Google Firebase Crashlytics (optional): Collection is OFF by default and is turned on only if you explicitly opt in in the app settings. If you opt out or delete your account, the app deletes unsent reports and stops future collection and transmission.
• Crashlytics reports already uploaded: Because we do not set a user identifier on crash reports, we cannot locate these reports by Dasihagi account and delete them immediately. Under Google’s standard policy, crash reports and related identifiers are retained for 90 days, after which the removal process begins.

4) Store subscriptions must be canceled separately

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. If you paid through Apple, cancel it yourself in App Store subscription management; if you paid through Google Play, cancel it yourself in Google Play subscription management.
